La Ville Côtière is a libertarian world where individual interests come first. So much so that this liberal El Dorado seems to have been deserted by desire and passion. A societal evolution that did not concern anyone in the city until a birth rate problem arose.
L’Alien
In November 2018, Sabine Antoine, a ufologist who had travelled to Ireland to investigate UFO sightings, mysteriously disappeared, leaving her husband without any news. On 27 January 2019, he posted a desperate video on YouTube in an attempt to find her. Pupils in a primary school class in the Aude region came across it and offered to help.
Les Chroniques du garage
Maxime Callen recalls his childhood spent playing in a panoptic neighbourhood, centred around his grandparents’ house and garage. He accompanies his reading with an exploration of the locations reproduced in the video game The Sims. The smooth movements of the game’s camera highlight the role of this closed-off residence in the unlikely dramas that unfold there.
