Kit de virtualisation

Le Kit de virtualisation is an integral part of La Ville Côtière project.

There are two ways to obtain a Kit de virtualisation, either by purchasing a villa from the Pénates website – the luxury estate agency in La Ville Côtière – or by winning one of the competitions organised during the artist’s performances on his delivery tricycle.
The lucky owners of a property receive a kit in the post containing a title ownership in the name of the purchaser and a photo frame. This frame, equipped with secret technology, interacts with the user’s smartphone and acts as a bridge to a personalised and participatory online experience. A multiple-choice story that takes the virtualised person on a real spin-off adventure from the story told on lavillecotiere.fr. A new narrative arc is thus constructed through collaboration between the owner of a kit and the author, who imagines the sequence of events based on the answers provided.
