Béatrice is an artist who is part of the Garrage collective. They have been based at La Bouillonnante since 2022. Béatrice has created a jardin des boutures (cutting garden) in order to create a different, more welcoming and lively space for the collective. She opens up about her relationship with her art, the difficult moments she has had to overcome and the challenge of creating a sense of community in a place like La Bouillonnante.

Ça bouillonne à Soupetard a project led by Agence Intercalaire and Résonance Sonore, produced by Café and Co, Philae, residents of the Soupetard neighbourhood in Toulouse, accompanied by Flora Beillouin, Mathias Guilbaud and Agnès Gontier, in partnership with Le May and its A mi chemin initiative, with support from Drac Occitanie, Toulouse City Council and ICF Habitat, France.
