Baisure is a made in collaboration with Aurore Jouis, which is inspired by the vocabulary of baking: when the loaves touch each other in the oven, creating a lighter, less cooked contact area, we call it in French a “baisure” or a “baiser” (kiss). This piece, plastic and culinary, hybridizes materials while respecting the constraints of the living, sensitive material that is sourdough dough.
